Wipe clean with a damp cloth, make sure items are dry before returning to use. Dishwasher use is not recommended to avoid damaging items.
Glass items
Rinse using warm water and wipe clean, damp cloth. Make sure items are dry before returning to use. A low temperature, cool water setting is recommended for dishwasher use. Hot water may damage glass artwork or logo design.
Retro, vintage items
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Dry using a clean, soft cloth. Diswasher use is not recommended to avoid damaging items.

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped within 24 hours of your order being confirmed.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be packed and shipped on the next available business day.
Australia Post standard shipping is used unless you choose to pay extra for express shipping.

RETURN POLICY
All orders are packed carefully using clean, recycled packaging where possible. Despite all efforts, damage can sometimes occur in the delivery transit. Please contact us, ideally with a photo showing damaged order. If stock is available, we will arrange to send replacement items at no cost to you. If replacement stock is not available, we will process a refund.
